The hospitality industry has never had more to offer! Discover all of the possibilities for an exciting career at the 2024 CRAFT conference. You will hear from professionals in the industry who are innovators and leaders, representing some of the top businesses in our region. Many sessions will be interactive and hands-on. We will also celebrate our community's rich history of hospitality and agricultural traditions, while supporting you as the future of the profession!

Speakers will share their expertise in five tracks: culinary arts, recreation, accommodations, farming, and travel/tourism. In addition to great speakers, exhibitors representing schools, community programs and area employers will provide information on educational and career opportunities after graduation.

Event Details

Since 2016, The Fort Worth Food + Wine Foundation has hosted the Fort Worth Area Culinary Career Conference for high school seniors. Starting in 2023, the conference grew to embrace the many career paths offered by the hospitality industry and its unique relationship with agriculture. The conference is now known as CRAFT: A Career Conference for the Next Generation of Hospitality Leaders and will be open to juniors and seniors currently participating in high school Career and Technical Education (CTE) culinary and hospitality programs. Holding true to its roots, the conference will support your career success and offers a unique opportunity to learn about the industry from the people who know it best!
