No refunds will be given in the event of a cancellation.
The Fort Worth Food + Wine Foundation (FWFWF) reserves the right to cancel or postpone the Fort Worth Food + Wine Festival, and any others events, for any reason including, but not limited to, any Federal, State and/or local action, mandates, or restrictions relating to health and safety requirements for the event, which in the sole discretion of FWFWF makes the event impractical to have. In the event of a cancellation, no refunds will be issued. However, the ticket purchase price will be considered a tax-deductible donation in support of the Fort Worth Food + Wine Foundation.
You must be 21 years of age to attend, no babies or infants in strollers or backpacks, with the exception of Shooting with the Chefs (SWTC). SWTC is open to families.
FWFWF organizers will not be held liable for any and all damages caused by attendees to themselves, others, or property during or after the event. FWFWF organizers will not be held liable for any and all lost or stolen items. Please keep your personal items secure. By attending FWFWF events, you consent to being filmed and or photographed, whereas your image, voice, and likeness may be used by FWFWF producers for promotional purposes.
